Consultants solve problems for you. Coaches develop your capacity to solve problems yourself. Meridian Apex builds leaders — not dependencies. We are in the business of making ourselves unnecessary over time.
How long does a coaching engagement typically last?
Most ongoing coaching engagements run three to six months as a starting commitment. The Leadership Accelerator is a structured 90-day program. Strategic Clarity Intensives are single-session engagements.
Is coaching delivered in-person or virtually?
Most ongoing coaching is conducted virtually via video. In-person sessions are available in the Atlanta market and by arrangement for intensive engagements nationally.
What makes Meridian Apex different?
